CMD Advanced Technologies Asia testing and balancing teams are trained to use state of the art calibrated test instrumentation to measure and regulate heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems as required to a level which shall ensure systems will operate as efficiently and as economically as possible and thus extend plant life cycles.

Our aim is to constructively manage our works to ensure the clients gets a fully operational building without defects on time at a minimum cost.

All tests are fully documented on our international standard test sheets to be demonstrated to the relevant authority.

With today’s increasing energy costs it is of paramount importance to ensure that building services installations perform as efficiently as possible. Therefore it makes commercial sense to include independent specialist testing and balancing within the construction process.
