The CMD Commissioning Management Philosophy

At CMD Advanced Technologies Asia we understand that a successful project cannot be achieved without forethought, planning and the expert monitoring, inspection and witnessing of the testing and commissioning. One of the most important facets of handing over a successful project/building is the environmental conditions and life support systems.

The Mechanical and Electrical services must be commissioned to recognized standards and demonstrated to be operating satisfactorily within design parameters as determined in the specification and on the 'as installed / record drawings'. Development within the Building Services Industry is conducive to Building Management Systems (BMS), Controls and Services becoming more technical and sophisticated, particularly due to an increasing demand for energy efficiency and running costs.

This is where the concept of having a Commissioning Manager as part of the project team becomes a necessity. The Commissioning Manager's early appointment will ensure the Client and End User are given a building within which all the Mechanical and Electrical Building Services are complete, operational and energy efficient within the agreed programme. From a proven track record complemented by years of experience and expertise in Commissioning Management both nationally and internationally.
